Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened, defective, or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact page or WhatsApp. Include your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we confirm the return or issue. Bank transfer refunds require valid proof of payment details.

Cancelled orders

Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
